Return & Refund Policy


You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it following the return process and place a new order after the return is accepted. All Additional shipping costs and restocking fees are applicable.


  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 20 % may apply to returns depending on the condition of the item returned and the nature of the purchase. This fee will be deducted from your refund once the returned item is inspected and processed.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 12 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Once the product arrives in excellent working condition, and you are only requesting the return as a result of personal preference, we can issue a credit for the item, less all shipping costs and less a 20% re-stocking fee.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
