Shipping Policy

Freight Shipments:

  • Freight shipments include curbside delivery only. The carrier does not provide inside delivery, unloading, or assembly.
  • It's recommended to have assistance available for heavier items during delivery.
  • The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment within a specified time frame. Ensure someone is present to receive the shipment.
  • Delivery times are approximate and subject to variation due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Schedule a delivery appointment promptly when contacted by the carrier. Failure to do so may result in storage fees or return shipping costs.
  • Inspect the delivery upon arrival. Note any visible damage to the packaging on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
  • If there is damage to the product itself, provide detailed notes on the POD and contact American GameRoom immediately.
  • Signing the POD without noting any damage implies acceptance of the order in perfect condition.
  • Delays beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters) do not warrant order cancellations without a restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs.

Ground Shipments:

  • Some ground shipments may not require a signature and should be inspected immediately upon arrival.
  • Report any damage to support@americangameroom.com within 1 business day of receipt. Include your order number and photos of the damage.

Preparing to Receive Your Shipment:

  • Customers are responsible for being prepared to accept shipments once a delivery appointment is scheduled.
  • Ensure the location is accessible for a freight truck and have necessary personnel available to assist with unloading.

Reporting Damage:

  • Immediately report any shipping damage by noting it on all copies of the delivery receipt and contacting American GameRoom within 1 business day.

Manufacturer Defects and Warranty:

  • Notify American GameRoom of any manufacturer defects within 10 business days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue within 5 business days of reporting it.

Additional Fees:

  • Missed delivery appointments or failure to accept the product may result in storage fees, return shipping costs, and a restocking fee.

Returns:

  • Request a return authorization code (RAC) by emailing support@americangameroom.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with tags, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain items such as perishables, custom products, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it following the return process and place a new order after the return is accepted. All Additional shipping costs and restocking fees are applicable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 12 business days after the return is approved.
  • Contact support@americangameroom.com if you haven't received your refund within 16 business days of return approval.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled without penalty before billing. Cancellations after billing and before shipping incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Once an order is prepared for shipment, canceling will result in a full refund minus all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
